Q: How much time do I need to do this program?

A: The program is just 21 days and you only need about 20 minutes per day for the mediations. Once a week, you will do the yoga video and short journaling exercises which together will take approximately 30 minutes. The yoga video is 25 minutes and can be done as often as you like during the program.

Q: What if I don't have any prior experience with meditation?

A: You don't need to know anything about meditation. All you need is an open mind and the desire to learn a new coping skill. Everything you need to know will be provided inside the program. 

Q: Do I need a yoga mat, cushions, and yoga clothing?

A: You don't need anything fancy. If you have a yoga mat - great! If not, a carpeted area in your home or a blanket will do fine. Your only requirement for clothing is that it is comfy. Sweatpants and a T-shirt will work....or even your pajamas :)

Q: I can hardly focus on anything right now. Can I do this program?

A: I remember those days. Rest assured, if you can listen and count, you can do this program. The meditations are guided and made with short attention spans in mind. With practice, mediation actually helps you improve your memory and focus. It is normal for your mind to stray during meditation (even if you've been doing it for years).
